Jr. Executive- Process Quality Management

Your tasks Assist in the implementation, coordination, and communication of changes in global management system. Review and regularly check the validity of audit certificates and ensure all ISO standards are up to date. Follow established workflows and initiate improvements as needed. Provide administrative support to the Global Process Owners and Quality Managers. Maintain a basic understanding of the global management system. Support data quality governance improvement using audit tools. Assist the Process Quality Management department with various tasks. Support process quality managers, process owners, and document owners with changes in global processes. Communicate changes in global processes to process owners. Regularly review and update the validity of audit certificates and ISO standards on relevant platforms. Ensure proper documentation for change in global management system.Your profileEducation and Experience: Education: Graduate (Mass Communication)/ MBA Work Experience: 0-2 YearsSkills and Knowledge: Excellent in verbal and written communication Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong knowledge of IT Tools Exceptional presentation skillsPersonal Qualifications: Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical, and independent way of working. Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
