About the Role

We are looking for a GCB6 Business Analyst with a good understanding of PD, LGD, EAD, and RWA calculations. The Business Analyst will work closely with business leads across different lines of business, guiding teams on requirements management and analysis activities. The role involves shaping and leading initiation activities, operating model definition, and managing change delivery with our delivery partners.

The responsibilities include managing analysis activities, overseeing Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management during project delivery. The Business Analyst will also handle Change Management activities, from planning and scope to designing interventions and tracking adoption and feedback. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementation planning, testing, controlling, and reporting, focusing on benefits acceleration and risk minimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with program leadership and stakeholders to develop efficient CRDVI implementation plans.
  • Interpret CRDVI regulations and ensure compliance with policies and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for CRDVI queries and communicate regulatory expectations.
  • Provide training and guidance on CRDVI requirements, especially for deposit-taking, lending, and guarantee services.
  • Maintain documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs reflecting regulatory standards.
  • Lead and contribute to internal committees and forums, providing transparent feedback.
  • Communicate effectively to inspire understanding and commitment.
