Job summary

Berita Harian in Singapore seeks a journalist/correspondent to gather facts and information through research and interviews, presenting content clearly for BH’s multimedia platforms—including print, website and social media. You may be expected to present or do voice overs in the videos produced.

You are also expected to assist the Editor in editorial projects across BH’s multimedia platforms and produce clean copies for print, as well as other digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field.

Other highlights include Malay culture and tradition, arts and heritage, family, hobbies and leisure. Berita Harian also provides a platform for the Malay community to voice their views on issues that concern them. As a journalist/correspondent, you are expected to gather facts and information through research and interviews, and present the information in a clear, concise and interesting way on BH’s multimedia platforms, encompassing print, website and social media. The content you produce must also be able to be presented through video, infographics and articles suited for the digital platform. You may be expected to present or do voice overs in the videos produced.
