Job Title: Senior Backend (Java) Developer

Job Description:

We are a dynamic software development company specializing in providing tailored internet solutions for e-commerce, finance, and other industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend (Java) Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience to lead and contribute to our complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance applications for large-scale systems.
2. Lead the development lifecycle from concept through implementation and support, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
3. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers overseas, promoting best practices and code quality.
4. Perform system architecture and design reviews, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
5. Lead troubleshooting efforts, analyzing and resolving complex software issues.
6. Work extensively with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Nacos, Sofa, MyBatis, MySQL, RocketMQ, and more, ensuring system stability and performance.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders, contributing to strategic technical decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Over 6 years of software development experience, with a deep understanding of Core Java and related technologies.
3. Expertise in Spring Boot, MyBatis, and MySQL.
4. Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure.
5. Deep understanding of Core Java, object-oriented programming principles, and system architecture.
6. Proficiency with tools such as Nacos, Sofa, and RocketMQ.
7. Proven experience in system design, architecture, and leading development teams.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in e-commerce or financial sectors is highly valued.
2. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to drive projects forward in an iterative development process.
