Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide operational support and manage incoming inquiries. Successful candidates will have a recognized diploma or degree and experience in administrative roles, particularly data entry. The position offers a monthly salary of $3300 and requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Overview

Job role: Admin Assistant. Location: Dhoby Ghaut. Pay: $3300/month. Duration: 10 months. Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm. You will be outsourced to RecruitFirst Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support
  • Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions
  • Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details
  • Willing and looking forward to learning new things
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes
