· Ensures that all areas under Front Office are running efficiently and in accordance with the property's policies and procedures, maximizing customer satisfaction at all times.
· Maximizes profitability in Rooms by promoting sales, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
· Assists in the daily management of room inventory to achieve optimal revenue levels while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
· Maintains high visibility in guest contact areas throughout the operation.
· Checks the accuracy and transmission of reports and collaborates with Sales and Marketing in planning forecasts.
