Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves customer service, sales management, and the appraisal and estimation of branded items and precious metals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, particularly for first-time customers who may feel uncertain or apprehensive. Work Schedule: shift 11:00am - 9:00pm (Monday-Sunday); 8 hours working time + 1h break; 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience, especially for those visiting for the first time
• Appraise and evaluate branded goods, luxury items, and precious metals accurately and professionally
• Prepare price estimations and purchase offers based on market trends and company guidelines
• Manage the sales of purchased items, providing product information and recommendations
• Oversee daily sales activities and contribute to store targets
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment
• Build trusting relationships with customers, handling inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism
