Job summary

Luk Fook Jewellery Singapore is seeking a dedicated Jewellery Sales Executive to support daily shop operations, promote products, and deliver high-class customer service.

The role requires at least GCE O-Level, 3 years in jewellery retail, strong selling and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). Weekend rotation expected. You will work with a team, receive training, and have opportunities for career development and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• At least GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 3 years solid working experience in jewellery retail industry.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring.
• Responsible for selling and promoting jewellery products.
• Provide high class and professional customer service.
• Assist colleagues in completing business.
• Assist in daily departmental operations and product work.
• Train new hires.
• Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations.
