A jewelry retail company in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic sales associates to sell gold jewelry, diamonds, and luxury items. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and maintaining store presentation. Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, be willing to work retail hours, and have a minimum Nitec in Retail Services. Comprehensive staff benefits and competitive commissions are offered.
Roles & Responsibilities
Working Days: 5-day schedule, including public holidays and weekends with 2 off days a week
Working Hours: 10:15 AM to 8:15 PM, with 2 breaks
Salary: Base salary starting from $2,000 (With retail experience), plus high uncapped commission
Location: Available islandwide

Responsibilities:
Sell gold jewelry, diamonds, and luxury items
Address customer inquiries and feedback
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Provide product advice and recommendations
Handle point-of-sale transactions
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
Willingness to work retail hours and on public holidays
Min Nitec in Retail Services or related fields
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
