Our client is a well-known luxury jeweller with a rich heritage, renowned for creating exquisite, handcrafted fine jewellery. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to expand their team with a Retail Executive to join them!

• Location: Central Area (Prestigious retail store in a prime heritage location)

• Hours: Rotating shifts (5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized customer service and drive sales to exceed targets.

• Build strong relationships with VIPs using effective clienteling and CRM tools.

• Ensure excellent after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction.

• Share sales insights regularly and handle team dynamics constructively.

• Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy with Operations.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally in jewellery or high-end products.

• Strong communication skills with clients and teams.

• Passionate about people, luxury, and fashion.
