Carrie K. in Singapore seeks a commercially minded Merchandising Executive to turn data and customer insights into smarter product decisions. You’ll own the merchandising cycle from inventory and reorders to pricing, performance tracking and promotions with a focus on margins and growth.
You’ll analyse sales and stock, manage suppliers and pricing, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production and Finance to optimise assortment and profitability while keeping bestsellers available.
Turn numbers into products people love.
At Carrie K., merchandising isn’t just about keeping track of stock.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Merchandising Executive who loves both the numbers and the product — someone curious about what customers buy, why certain designs fly and others don’t, and what we should do next.
You’ll independently manage our merchandising cycle — from inventory and reorders to pricing, product performance and promotions — using data and customer insights to help us make smarter commercial decisions.
Analyse sales, sell-through, stock turn and product performance across collections, customer segments and price points. Spot bestsellers, slow movers, gaps and opportunities — and recommend what we should reorder, promote, reprice or rethink.
Manage stock levels and reorders, keeping bestsellers available without unnecessarily tying up cash in inventory. Manage SKUs, stock takes and inventory accuracy across our Atelier, HQ and gemstones.
Recommend retail pricing for jewellery, gemstones and diamonds. Monitor costs, margins, gold prices and market movements and recommend pricing adjustments when needed.
Work closely with Sales to understand what customers are choosing — and what they’re not. Turn those insights into recommendations for product assortment, future designs and merchandising strategies.
Don’t just report that something isn’t selling. Dig into why and recommend what we should do about it — from product pairing and merchandising to promotions and other commercial actions.
Manage suppliers, purchase orders, delivery timelines, invoices, payments and incoming/outgoing shipments. Keep product information, costs and pricing accurate across Muhro, Shopify and our internal systems.
You’ll also help curate the right product mix for our events and analyse what performed afterwards — so each event makes the next one smarter.
If you’re the kind of merchandiser who doesn’t just report what happened, but wants to figure out what we should do next, we’d love to meet you.
