• Must be willing to travel into Singapore for interview.

Provide Service to Customers

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
• Answers incoming calls as per operations standard
• Perform sales transactions.
• Handle all payment.
• Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise:

• Housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

Administration:

• Assist in stock documentation.
• Assist with simple procurement for the store stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies

Requirements:

• Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
