Job summary

Reowned Jewelery Group is looking for talented specialists to join their teams due to mass expansion all around Singapore.

Provide Service to Customers

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedback in the most appropriate manner, following operational guidelines.
• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
• Answer incoming calls as per operations standard.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Handle all payments.
• Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise:

• Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

Administration:

• Assist in stock documentation.
• Assist with simple procurement for store stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, and pantry supplies.

Requirements:

• Possess a friendly, approachable, and engaging personality.
• Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum qualification: Singapore O level equivalent. Relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role.
• Must be willing to travel to Singapore for an interview.
• Open to candidates from Fast or Sports Fashion.
