Jewelery Advisor (Luxury Brand) - Islandwide

• Location: Island wide Malls

• Gross salary up to $4K

• Luxury Retail Brand

Provide Service to Customers:

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedback in the most appropriate manner, following operational guidelines.
• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
• Answer incoming calls as per operations standard.

Perform Sales Transactions:

• Retail sales of jewellery.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Handle all payments.
• Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise:

• Maintain housekeeping of the store.
• Ensure outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Display and merchandise stocks in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

Administration:

• Assist in stock documentation.
• Help with simple procurement for the store – stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans

• Possess a friendly, approachable, and engaging personality

• Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Open to candidates from Fast/Sports Fashion and Watches Brands

• Relevant experience could be considered for the Senior Sales Advisor role
