Responsibilities:
Handle indoor ticketing operations, crowd control activities, and re-entries
Attend to customer’s enquiries pertaining to admissions or ticketing processes and procedures
Interact with guests with a fun and cheerful disposition
Identify and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary
Requirements:
Minimally 1 GCE ‘O’ Level credit
Able to perform 12 hours shift
Training will be provided
Customer service orientated
Singaporean only
Salary Overview:
Monthly gross salary from $2,500 - $2,745 (salary commensurate with years of Customer Service experience)
Annual Leave, Medical and Hospitalisation Leave, Insurance Coverage etc.
