Job description

We believe in serving with integrity, creating with collaboration, growing with excellence, and advancing with innovation.As the JD Edwards Business Analyst on our Global JD Edwards implementation and support team, you will play a crucial role in the ERP solution for the Diversified Food and Health division and the APAC region in JBT Marel. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing and implementing JDE ERP solutions, and acting as a liaison between business and IT. You will also configure new JD Edwards system functionality, conduct user testing, provide support, and lead small projects when required.Key Responsibilities:- Gather business requirements and implement JDE ERP operational solutions.- Coordinate development/changes with application development staff.- Lead design sessions for enhancing business processes.- Prioritize user requests and document system specifications.- Coordinate implementation and investigate continuous improvement solutions.- Provide training and support to end-users for improved system usage.- Encourage users to explore new ways to simplify tasks and improve performance.- Maintain current technology skill levels and assist in system issue resolution.- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley processes and documentation.- Other duties as assigned.Requirements:- University degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.- 8 years of practical functional experience with JD Edwards software.- Experience in coordinating applications development, support, training, and implementation.- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting best practices.- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.- Broad knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting business processes.- Microsoft SQL, WEB and Windows Environment knowledge, report writing skills.- Strong communication skills and project management experience.- Experience in process documentation.Work Conditions:- Some evening and weekend work may be required.- Travel, including international, may be needed up to 80%.Why work at JBT:We are committed to your development and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
