Job summary

Avensys is seeking a Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience to drive the architecture and delivery of cloud-native, enterprise-scale platforms. You will lead modernization efforts and guide teams across Java/Node.js, REST APIs, React/Angular, and TypeScript, while championing Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevSecOps.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• Proven leadership of architecture, design, and modernization of large-scale systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Java/Node.js, REST APIs, React/Angular, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, modernization, and integration of enterprise digital platforms.
• Design API-driven, microservices, distributed, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java/Node.js, REST APIs, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
• Drive Azure cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, monitoring, and observability.
• Implement integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar technologies.
• Ensure enterprise security using IAM, RBAC, SSO, TLS, and Azure Key Vault.
• Lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and manage stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
