Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capabilities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages, quality assurance, scripting languages, and operating systems.
• Possess solid hands-on development experience in backend technologies including JAVA, J2EE, SQL, and related stacks, preferably with open-source libraries.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and JPA / Hibernate is highly desirable.
• Exposure to QA frameworks like Karate and TestNG, and knowledge of test automation frameworks, is a plus.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
• Excellent designing, analytical, programming, and communication skills, with an aptitude for building stable solutions.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using frameworks like JUnit / TestNG is preferred.
• Experience with n-tier web application development and the latest JDK versions is desirable. Java / J2EE certification is a plus. Familiarity with web services standards and technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS*, AXIS, JERSEY) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of object-oriented patterns and design best practices is beneficial.
• Exposure to tools like Postman or REST clients is preferred. Linux skills are required.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Delivery and Test Driven Development is a plus.
• Experience with microservices, container platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with distributed architecture and data streaming technologies like Kafka and RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
