Job summary

AparTechnologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable Java applications using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and GCP.

The role requires 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, and cloud deployments on GCP. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; MQTT, Docker, Kubernetes and Agile practices are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software/product development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Extensive PostgreSQL design, SQL development, and optimization.
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform deployment and production support.
• Experience with REST APIs and Linux environments.
• MQTT publish/subscribe messaging and async architectures preferred.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum, and distributed architectures.
