Job summary

Pan-united Concrete Pte Ltd is seeking a software developer to build and maintain web and mobile applications. The role emphasizes delivering scalable Java-based solutions with Angular front-ends and RESTful services in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will participate in all development phases, write clean, testable code, and collaborate with teams to ensure high availability and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or combination of related experience and education.
• Candidates with no work experience but strong Java knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Experience in software implementation, requirements gathering, systems analysis and functional design.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE/Java Web Applications, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, GWT, Struts1.
• Familiar with Eclipse, Git, Maven and Gradle; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts relating to customization.

Responsibilities

• Produce fully functional web and mobile applications and write clean code.
• Development, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance and security of IT software and applications.
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and deliver high availability and performance.
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code and improve the quality of the code.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging.
• Enforce best practices in code quality and release/deployment process to achieve near-zero production incidents.
• Design and work with REST APIs, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Angular, Google GWT, JSP, Struts1.3, Java Android, or IOS
