Job summary

Dada Consultants in Singapore is seeking a back-end developer to join a full functional team focused on building features that empower marketing teams to enroll, engage, and monetize users.

You will participate in product design, engineering, and ensure the stability of back-end services on production, with emphasis on scalable microservices and data-driven decision making. 3+ years backend experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of backend development experience.
• Proficient in Java backend development with understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Trend towards web scraping and RPA tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to design and develop daily requirements.
• Design and implement web scraping systems to collect data from websites.
• Develop RPA scripts to improve business operation efficiency.
• Support production environment troubleshooting and system optimization.

Job description

As a back-end developer, you will work in a full functional team to build practical features to empower marketing teams to enroll new users, engage and monetize user activity, and build a long-lasting relationship with users. You will be involved in product designing, engineering, and ensuring the stability of back-end services on production.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have the following:

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2. 2. More than 3 years of work experience in back-end software development.
3. 3. Programming experience in any of the following Golang, Java, C++, Python, or PHP
4. 4. Experience in using RDBMS, knowledge of query performance optimization.
5. 5. Deep technical knowledge of designing microservices for stable performance under high volume of traffic.
6. 6. Experience in using Kubernetes and its troubleshooting.
7. 7. Knowledge of Linux, fault-tolerance, troubleshooting.

4. 4.Preferred: experience in web scraping and RPA tools.
