Vinova in Singapore is seeking a Java Full-stack Engineer to develop and support enterprise applications in a highly regulated environment. You will work on backend services with Java and Spring Boot, and integrate with React frontend components, ensuring robust performance and compliance.

You will troubleshoot production issues, participate in client discussions, and contribute to deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes. Strong English communication is essential.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Solid SQL experience and data integration troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of React and frontend integration with backend services.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API gateway and reverse proxy technologies, such as Nginx.
• Ability to support production issues through log investigation, debugging and root cause analysis.
• Experience with application and dependency vulnerability remediation.
• Good spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and explain technical concepts effectively.

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and troubleshoot database queries and integrations to support application functionality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance React components, including integration with backend APIs.
• Support application deployment and troubleshooting using GitLab CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure, integrate and troubleshoot API gateways and reverse proxies.
• Investigate production issues, analyse application logs, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in application code and dependencies, and verify that the implemented fixes resolve the identified issues.
• Participate in and, where required, lead technical discussions with clients to clarify requirements, explain issues and recommend solutions.
