3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our Singapore team. You will design, develop, test and deploy scalable enterprise apps using Java 17/21, Spring Boot and microservices, with AWS and Databricks integration.

You will collaborate across the SDLC, work with DevOps, QA and business analysts, and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and code quality while delivering robust software.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS and Databricks. The ideal candidate should possess strong Java fundamentals, have extensive implementation experience across the software development lifecycle, and be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java 17/21.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and performance code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in application modernization and cloud readiness initiatives.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude etc.) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiative

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java Fundamentals, including Collections Framework, Multithreading & Concurrency
• Streams & Lambda Expressions, Memory Management & JVM Concepts, Exception Handling
• Design Patterns, Performance Optimization
• Hands‑on experience in Java 17 and/or Java 21 implementations.
• Strong experience with: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Microservices Architecture & REST API Development
• Experience with Apache Kafka implementation and event‑driven architecture- Experience working with AI‑powered software development tools.
• Experience on Databricks workflows
• Experience in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)

Basic knowledge of

• Python and Pyspark
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.

Expected Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated end‑to‑end implementation experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong coding and problem‑solving skills using core Java tech stack
• Ability to independently develop and deliver features.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
