Job summary

Infinni in Singapore is seeking a Backend Developer to own core backend development of financial modules using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, while implementing NetSuite customizations and integrations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable microservices for orders, billing, wallets and settlements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise system development or implementation experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite implementation or customization with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Strong Java backend skills with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, plus distributed systems exposure.

Job description

• Core Backend Development: Responsible for the core development of backend business systems; build microservices based on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to support core financial modules including orders, billing, wallets, and settlement.
• NetSuite Customization & Development: Conduct secondary development and scripting on the NetSuite platform, including but not limited to customizing business logic using SuiteScript, executing system integration via SuiteTalk/REST API, and configuring workflows through SuiteFlow.
• Operations & Iteration: Participate in daily system maintenance, feature iterations, and workflow automation to continuously improve financial business efficiency and system stability.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields; 3+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation or development.
• Hands‑on experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation or customization; familiar with core platform components including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Solid Java backend development capabilities; proficient with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks; experience in distributed system development.
• Familiar with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and distributed transactions.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL database; strong SQL writing and performance tuning skills.
• Familiar with RESTful API design and integration; proven track record of interfacing with third‑party systems.
• Strong requirement analysis and cross‑departmental collaboration skills; proactive in driving problem‑solving.
• Excellent documentation skills with strong project management awareness; capable of independently owning module delivery.

Language Requirements:

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English; capable of seamless daily requirement alignment and technical solution discussions with both the Chinese technical team and the European finance team.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Certifications: Holder of NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Developer, etc.).
• Domain Background: Experience in developing financial/fintech business systems such as billing, wallet settlement, and online payments; background in 2B SaaS projects is highly preferred.
