Job summary

Bank E-Trading is seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join the application development team. This hands-on role focuses on building and enhancing backend eTrading modules for the FX Ecommerce platform and requires close collaboration with frontend developers and business stakeholders.

You will work on high-performance, scalable services, implement RESTful and streaming-based APIs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to automating deployments and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern Java and testing frameworks (JUnit, etc.).
• Experience with API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful and streaming based APIs.
• Api servers.
• Collaborate closely with back-end developers to implement API interactions on the Web UI.
• Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Translate requirements with Business Analysts and Project Managers into functional features.
• Handle deployments, releases, and automation of build and deployment processes.
