Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to provide full recruitment support to clients. Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
  • Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
  • Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
  • Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
  • Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
  • Non-experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis
  • Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
