Job Description

• Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese or Chinese and with customers in English or Chinese.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Customer entertainment may required.
• Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.

Requirements

• Min.diploma in Business or degree holder
• Good command of written and spoken of Japanese and English.
• Chinese speaking will be useful for some customers who are Chinese speakers.
• Responsible and Independent.
• Positive thinker and self-motivation.
• Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
