JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in IT project management.

Proven experience in managing application projects.

Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)

Business level in Japanese (JLPT 3 above) to liaise with Japanese stakeholder.
