GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Japanese-speaking Kindergarten Teacher to support childcare and early childhood education.

Title

Role Overview

Our client is an early childhood education provider offering childcare and kindergarten programmes in Singapore. The successful candidate will play an active role in childcare, early childhood education and day-to-day class management. You will also work closely with parents to understand and address their children's needs and provide attentive support throughout their time at the kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care, guidance and support to children in an early childhood education setting.
• Support the planning and daily management of the assigned class.
• Conduct regular health checks for children and monitor their general well-being.
• Communicate with parents and conduct meetings to understand and address their children's needs and concerns.
• Prepare the classroom and required materials for daily activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

[Must Have]

• Prior experience working as a nursery teacher or kindergarten teacher.
• Possession of a recognised kindergarten teaching licence or childcare qualification.
• Proficiency in Japanese for communicating with Japanese-speaking children, parents and relevant stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide attentive and thoughtful support to children and their parents.
• Ability to listen carefully and respond appropriately to parents' requests and concerns regarding their children.
