Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a senior information security leader to plan, implement, and govern enterprise security strategies.

You will drive PDCA-based initiatives, coordinate cross-functional governance, and oversee risk assessment, incident response, and policy development to strengthen the organization’s security posture. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in information security planning and strategy, hands-on ISO 27001 experience, and strong knowledge of NIST CSF/CIS

Qualifications

• Bilingual Japanese and English communication with HQ and stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years in information security planning and strategy development.
• Hands-on ISMS / ISO 27001 certification acquisition and operations.
• Strong knowledge of gap analysis using NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Experience in security risk assessment, management and incident response.
• Familiar with GDPR and Personal Information Protection Act.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in planning and conducting security awareness and training.
• Basic knowledge and operational experience with IT infrastructure (network, cloud, servers).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Registered Information Security Specialist.
• Experience developing internal policies and guidelines is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of system operation and deployment experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide and group security initiatives using PDCA cycles to maintain and strengthen security posture.
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and strategies.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate security awareness and training programs for employees and executives.
• Provide security consultations to business units and coordinate cross-functional governance efforts.
• Design and oversee security risk assessments, management processes, and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with key departments to ensure alignment and compliance with security frameworks and regulations.
