Our client, a well-known Japanese IT company, has started looking for (Japanese speaking) Accounting Group Leader .

Job Responsibilities:

➤Mange plan for Investment after the investment contract is concluded

➤Prepare budget and actual management for the investee company

➤Conduct financial analysis and review statements to identify risks in P/L, BS, and CF, and take necessary measures

➤Involved in reviewing annual financial statements and determining dividend amounts conducted by Accounting Team

➤Close examination of financial statements

➤Plan field work and conduct necessary surveys on-site

➤Manage investment management plan progress

➤Analyze differences between investment targets and actual results and revision of mid-term plans

➤Handle yearly, monthly closing

➤Approval of tax statements prepared by ACC

➤Financial statement approval prepared by internal staff

➤Assist in preparing one copy of materials for the Annual General Meeting held every August

➤After the settlement of accounts, consult with the auditing firm regarding important changes to accounting policies

➤Approval of consolidated management statements submitted

➤Approval of report for Headquarters

➤Singpass approval of ACC-prepared corporate tax return

➤Approval of GST created by employees through Singpass

➤Assistance in creating one copy of materials 4 times a year

➤Lead the team for Implementation of SAP (April 2026)

Job Requirements:

➤At least 5 years of experience of working accounting and financial related jobs.

➤Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and counterparts in Japan Headquarter

➤Candidates with working experience from Big 4 companies will be advantage

➤Working experience in Japanese companies will be a plus

➤Regional Accounting experience will be advantageous
