Job description

1. Job Description

- Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.

- Manage progress and milestones. Promote and control issues & ToDo. Organize progress reports and report to client management. Also, manage costs and human resources.

- Communicate closely with clients, business, and IT-related members. Organize teams and lead until project completion.

- Manage client expectations to maintain a positive company image.

2. Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management.

- Must understand the software development life cycle.

- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, managing projects from start to finish.

- Experience in project management tasks such as planning, status tracking, issue and risk management, resource planning, and governance.

- Ability to understand and follow banking system development or implementation processes.

- Japanese & English language skills.

- High-level proficiency in Japanese (native/JLPT N1 or higher) for client engagement.

- High-level proficiency in English (business level) for team communication.

- Knowledge and experience in banking operations or systems (preferred).

- Personal qualities: cheerful, good communication skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple planning horizons.
