A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to lead process reengineering initiatives. The role involves developing business operation cases and managing digital transformation projects. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree and proven experience in related fields.
Job Details:
Duration:1 Year (renewable/convertible)
Salary: Up to $5000
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, 8:30am - 6pm
Location: Central/Orchard
Job Scope:
• Work on process reengineering and improvement.
• Integrating with other teams for reengineering of processes.
• Develop business operation cases.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and support.
• Responsible for managing all project documentations.
• Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in process optimization, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions.• Singaporeans Only.
