Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a skilled IT Coordinator to lead the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of IT devices. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Nitec in IT, strong organisational skills, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Job description
Job Scope
  • Lead and coordinate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of IT devices across the organisation.
  • Supervise the installation, upgrading, and patching of software to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
  • Oversee asset management activities, including accurate documentation and regular updating of IT asset records.
  • Manage and delegate tasks related to the setup and teardown of computer systems and workstations.
  • Ensure all systems are updated with the latest Windows versions and essential software programs.
  • Lead testing efforts for devices and systems to ensure functionality, security, and performance standards are met.
  • Supervise the reinstallation or cloning of desktop images across multiple systems when needed.
  • Support and assign additional IT-related tasks as required, ensuring timely and effective completion by the team.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior IT staff to build team capability and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent; diploma holders are also welcome.
  • 1–2 years of relevant IT experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong leadership potential will be considered.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to lead small technical teams.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of team performance and service standards.
