What You'll Do

The Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) is a key member of the SAP ECS Enhanced Operations Service (EOS) team. The SDS acts as a trusted advisor, safeguarding and optimizing customer investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. This role involves being the primary contact for TSMs with the delivery team, tracking activities, creating activity plans, and addressing technical challenges throughout the customer lifecycle.

The SDS collaborates with Customer Delivery Managers to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality services. They serve as the interface between the EOS delivery team and the customer TSMs/CSMs, planning service requests and supporting them throughout the request lifecycle. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of customer business goals and challenges to offer innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for technical issues, managing service request fulfillment, incident, event, and problem management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP technologies (SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, BusinessObjects, Convergent Charging, etc.), knowledge of hyperscalers, networks, virtual technologies, and SAP certifications preferred.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management, with at least 6+ years in the IT industry and 5+ years in a technical SAP role. Strong project management, communication skills, and experience working with international teams are essential.
