We’re seeking an IT / Technology Audit & Compliance Consultant to join our diverse team at NCS!

What we aim to accomplish together:

• Evaluate changes in standards, policies, directives, and guidelines from the client and disseminate to project teams for adherence.
• Conduct annual self-attestation for project teams to assess compliance, track remediation, and provide updates to the client.
• Plan and conduct independent reviews (IT process audits) on selected applications/infrastructure with client approval to identify gaps and improvement areas, including tracking & reporting remediation status to closure.
• Conduct quarterly briefing sessions on policies, directives, and common audit observations to improve compliance and awareness.
• Provide consultation to project teams on standards, policies, and directives queries.
• Offer advisory and QA support to project teams and stakeholders regarding responses, evidence, remediation plans, and compliance declarations during external audits.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve audit processes and compliance readiness.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of IT and process audit experience with project management skills.
• Experience supporting external audits or regulatory inspections.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM are preferred.
