Job description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve any operational issues
• Perform verification and check for any faults on IT peripherals at customer sites
• Maintain proper documentation of equipment status and their serial numbers
• Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment
• Pack and prepare returned equipment for delivery back to the main office
• Ensure compliance with company IT security and data handling policies during all tasks
• Support logistics coordination, including arranging and assisting in transportation of equipment if required
• Supervise and guide part-timers and interns in daily operational tasks

Requirements:

• Nitec in Information Technology (or equivalent)
• Candidates with basic IT hardware knowledge are welcome to apply
