1. Repair Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of installing and software troubleshooting (Windows OS / drivers / Blue Screen issues)
  • Troubleshooting of laptops (changing keyboard / LCD / motherboard / etc.)
  • Troubleshooting of tablets & mobile phones (changing LCD / battery / motherboard / etc.)
  • Unpacking and QC of laptops
  • Assist in answering customer queries on online platforms
  • Minimum 1 year experience in repairing is required
2. Retail Store:
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
  • Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
  • Using consultative selling techniques to increase store sales
  • Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Proficient IT knowledge background is preferred
What we're looking for:
  1. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or technician role
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  4. Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  6. Proficient in the use of various IT tools and software, including diagnostic and monitoring tools
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service

Work details:

- Location: Paya Lebar Square (Right beside Paya Lebar MRT)

- Working Hours: 11 am to 9 pm (1-hour lunch)

- Working Days: 5-day work week (must work during weekends)
