Job Scope:

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through phone, email, and onsite interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues for customers both remotely and in person.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing IT projects.
  • Set up, install, and maintain clients' hardware and software systems .
  • Engage effectively with customers and internal teams to guarantee prompt resolutions.
  • Support project managers in coordinating projects and managing tasks .

Requirement:

  • Proficient troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and networking environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A positive outlook with a readiness to embrace challenges and learn new skills.
  • Previous experience in IT support or technical project involvement is a plus.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
