Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and supporting computer systems, networks, and devices

• Set up and configure new hardware, software, On/Off Boarding users

• Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting common issues

• Help monitor systems and report problems or irregularities

• Keep documentation updated and follow basic IT procedures

• Take ownership of tasks and follow through independently
