Salary: Basic $4500 - $6000 (Depend on EXP) + AWS + VB
Working hours: 5Days / 9am - 6pm
Working location: Mattar - MRT Walking Distance
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT-related roles, with a strong foundation in technical support and system administration.
Strong knowledge in network, systems, and server administration, with the ability to support and troubleshoot across various platforms.
Job Scope:
Mentor and coach the Technical Support Team to deliver outstanding customer support by managing workflows, monitoring and resolving issues, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of service requests and incidents.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 on-site and remote technical support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, operating systems (Linux/Windows/macOS), and network-related issues.
Oversee daily operations of the support team to ensure task efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer issues and deliver seamless, high-level support.
Handle escalated incidents and service requests alongside the Support Manager, ensuring clear communication with customers and precise problem definition.
Advise clients on preventive maintenance, system configurations, operational best practices, and environmental factors that could affect system performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding SLAs, KPIs, and service quality benchmarks.
Initiate and implement process improvements to optimize support efficiency and enhance the customer experience—acting as the “voice of the customer” within the organization.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in IT Networking / Electronics & Electrical / IT Engineering / Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Capable of supporting and guiding Level 1 support teams when necessary, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Solid understanding of IT operations and how they align with broader business objectives.
