Capiteq is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in delivering high-quality technology services to firms trading in financial markets.

We are currently hiring an IT Systems Analyst to be based in our Hong Kong office located in Central. This role requires someone with a strong background across technologies, a self-starter with experience providing VIP-level support to trading staff or C-Level staff.

The role involves largely remote support, with onsite work performed when remote support is not feasible. As the primary engineer, you will manage a portfolio of clients, responsible for key systems, reporting, and overseeing the clients' IT roadmap.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to broaden their skillset, as we will provide exposure to Azure, Office 365, cybersecurity technologies, IT projects, and the latest technologies. If you are currently in a role where you wish to gain experience in cloud and security systems, this role will be a good fit.

• Experience supporting end users / VIP C-level clientele.
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and monitoring Wintel Servers / Azure.
• Strong experience with Citrix, Office 365 administration/support.
• Knowledge of configuring Active Directory, VMWare, Azure is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex issues to clients.
• Understanding of high-level service delivery requirements.
• Team player with experience working with regional teams.
• Fast learner, able to grasp new technologies quickly.

• VMware ESX administration knowledge (advantage).

• Basic IT networking knowledge.
• Experience with cloud endpoint protection technologies (threat hunting) is an advantage.
• Experience using IT monitoring systems.
