Job description

Overview

My client, a property developer and real estate business, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT personnel to assist their ERP system implementation and provide comprehensive IT support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project management and implementation in collaboration with external consultants.
• Customize ERP reports and forms to meet user and business requirements.
• Act as the primary support contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and support the company’s network infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
• Manage software licenses, domain names, and SSL certificate renewals and registrations.
• Provide daily end-user IT support across departments.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing ERP/SAP FICO systems, with expertise across finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, including accruals, amortization, and cost recognition.
• Programming proficiency with the ability to tailor reports and outputs based on user needs.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of network infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewall configuration, and subnetting.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and door access control.
• Exposure to property development systems, especially those used for leasing and residential sales.
• SAP ABAP development experience is a strong advantage.
• Report writing and basic coding preferred
