Responsibilities:

  • Lead project activities, including maintenance and tracking project progress.
  • Act as a coordinator between our client and the project development team.
  • Oversee and maintain all support-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of monthly reports.
  • Review all reports related to Azure services, ensuring they are correctly documented/filed.
  • Provide regular status updates of all reports to client management/stakeholders.
  • Work closely with GovTech on future process changes and updates.
  • Provide detailed information about client's Common Services to support onboarding of new applications.
  • Coordinate with the project and application teams to resolve any blockers.
  • Review onboarding Change Requests (CRs).
  • Drive process improvements and support ongoing maintenance activities.

Skills required:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Azure will be a bonus
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder management, system analysis and operations support.
