Job Title: IT System Operator (ID1675)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: 4334 days 12 hours shift (Day or Night shift)
Salary: Up to $3000

Job Description:
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment, adhering to the provided schedule.
• Monitor system, applications, servers, network, and batch jobs to ensure smooth operations at all times.
• Escalate errors, alerts, and issues within the Service Level Agreement response time, following operational procedures and protocols.
• Provide support via phone and email for IT-related inquiries and requests.
• Complete daily tasks accurately according to checklists.
• Assist the Team Leader with tasks and follow instructions.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the client or company.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, A-level, or Diploma in IT related field.
• At least 1 year of factory or technician experience
• Willing to work 12-hours rotating shifts (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, servers, networks, and IT monitoring tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with other supporting staff.
