Job Description

We are seeking a System Analyst to join the Technology & Operations division of a leading financial institution in Singapore. The selected candidate will support the management of obsolescence and security-related projects across the infrastructure and engineering functions, working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage obsolescence and security-related projects and assessments

• Track and monitor remediation plans, deliverables, and budgets related to vulnerabilities or system upgrades

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and project updates for management

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to align business needs with technical solutions

• Support contract negotiation and vendor coordination to ensure optimized service delivery

• Contribute to vendor governance and performance tracking initiatives

• Support continuous improvement activities for project and vendor management processes

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis, infrastructure projects, or project coordination (prior experience in a financial institution is an advantage)

Essential Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess data, project risks, and improvement areas

• High attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies or risks early

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
