Details of Job responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, endpoints, software tools, MFP/printers, IP phone, voice recording equipment, CCTV and conferencing equipment.
- Work with Head Office to support in the troubleshooting and maintenance of Network and Firewall equipment, keeping up-to-date network documentations.
- Ensure all servers and endpoints comply with HO minimum baseline standards and vulnerabilities are patched on time, including any third-party software.
- Administer/maintain control/security related tools like WSUS, DLP, SEPM, Fireeye, Disk & File Encryption, etc.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date IT inventory register, ensuring any assets changed are updated.
- IT DC Operation – Ensure DC facilities are maintained and keep up-to-date backup register.
- Manage User Access Management related process - create/change/delete users, manage UAM form, coordinating the periodic user access review.
- Incident management – 1st level and 2nd level support to ensure incidents are responded in a timely manner, any escalation to 3rd level support at ITG/AGT are also to be tracked and monitored.
- Support and maintain DR site infrastructure and equipment.
- Participate in any IT projects when required.
- Complies with all internal policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Stand-by duty on non-working days when required.
- Participate in annual IT DR testing and support in BAS site maintenance and operation.
- IT procurement activities, negotiating quotation with vendor whenever required and ensuring contracts are renewed on time.
- Control of Swift printouts of incoming and outgoing messages.
Requirements
- Academic qualifications preferred: Minimum Diploma in IT related discipline.Preferably Bachelor IT related discipline or Telecommunications.
- Key Skills: IT/Data Centre Operation; Windows Servers Administration; Virtualization Environment, some experience in HCI and VMWare would be an advantage; Office Automation; Service Desk support; Familiar with Microsoft Office; IT Service Management/ITIL; Experience with IT Procurement process; Familiar with User Access Management process; some knowledge in AS400 and SWIFT would be an advantage. Able to work independently as well as a team.
· Typical Experience: at least 5 years of IT Operation/DC Management experience or other relevant IT experience. Some experience in managing IT related projects would be preferred.
