Job Scope
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components
Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender
Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP
Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller
Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system
Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/ offboarding process
Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures
IT project coordination and vendor management
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud Iaas
Experience with networking concepts and technologies
Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
