Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician!

Your main duties are as below:

Job Description

• Perform Level 1 IT support
• Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service for users and end users devices.
• Installation, configuration, setup of IT systems and maintain IT equipment.
• User and device-level support
• Maintenance and updates
• Access and accounts for on boarding and off boarding
• Create or Update documentation
• Ability to work independently.
• Carry out all other related tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec and above holders.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support
• Positive and Proactive mindset.
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
• Good ability to perform manual labor with IT Hardware (components, PC, printers)
• Expertise in PC and laptop support.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office software.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

8:30am to 6:15pm
