High-Tech Solutions (HTS) is actively seeking a full time IT support Technician to join the team in the Singapore office.

HTS is a Microsoft 365 cloud partner and has been providing IT solutions and support to companies in Singapore for over 14 years.

The successful candidate must be motivated, hold IT qualification(s) and have some experience in IT troubleshooting and working with clients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Daily remote desktop support for client's users in Singapore and SE Asia
• Weekly scheduled customer onsite support visits
• Microsoft 365 backend management of client's users, licenses, SharePoint access and security
• Daily updating and management of the support ticketing system
• Creation of client monthly support reports
